Registration forms may be printed and returned to Crystal Lake Golf Course.
Registration must be accompanied by a signed 2010 Jr. Golf Program Safety Rules information sheet.

Note: Lesson day group assignments may change to even out group sizes.

NEW! Amaizing Junior Golf Camp
July 26-29th at Crystal Lake Golf Club, Lakeville, MN

Special Instruction by Sheryl Maize, LPGA Teaching Professional, Assistant Men’s & Women’s Coach, Concordia University.

Open to Boys & Girls
Age groups 10-13 & 14-17

Cost: $165
Times: 8:30-10:30am Monday-Wednesday (2 hrs instruction each day)
8-11:30am on Thursday (9 holes, skills contest & lunch)

Description: This camp is geared towards more experienced juniors who have played golf before and are looking for instruction that is beyond the basics.

Daily instruction will include: putting, chipping/pitching, full swing, trouble shots/uneven lies and proper golf stretches and drills from the Titleist Performance Institute.

Camp concludes with 9 holes on the course, skills contest and lunch.
